AME Dine & Learn: Unlock the potential of your people through employee engagement

When:  Feb 20, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (ET)

Employee engagement in essential to organizations in every industry. An engaged employee is defined as one who is fully absorbed by and enthusiastic about their work and so takes positive action to further the organization's interests. These positive actions can result in significant financial benefits. A recent Gallup poll shows that, on average, only 32 percent of employees feel engaged in their work. A full 50 percent are disengaged, while 17 percent are "actively disengaged" (either working against the company for which they are employed or are actually).

This February, dine & learn with Mark Buliszak, a process engineer for the mechanical packing operations at the A.W. Chesterton Company with more than 20 years of experience in process, manufacturing and quality engineering. Hear from Buliszak what methods his organization uses to engage its employees, and discover new engagement techniques to bring back to your organization as you network with your local lean community.
