Lean Enterprise Institute tour and mini-simulation

When:  Apr 18, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM (ET)

Compared with traditional "think" tanks, the Lean Enterprise Institute (LEI) is a "do" tank. LEI carefully develops hypotheses about lean thinking and experiments to see which approaches work best in the real world. LEI then writes up and teaches what it discovers, providing new methods for organizational transformation. Today, LEI continues to draw the brightest lean thinking minds from across the globe. On this tour, you will get inspired as you walk through the history of lean in the new LEI facility in Boston. After the tour, you will have an opportunity to work through a mini-simulation that will bring lean principles to life in front of your eyes. This engaging and hands-on tour will leave you inspired to bring lean learning back to your organization.
