Anova Furnishings: Applying lean in the office

Anova Furnishings has been on their lean journey for a little over a year. While they have applied lean in their factories, they also enhanced their office environment through lean and continuous improvement activities. Participants of this event will explore some of the ways that Anova Furnishings implemented lean and gain insights on implementing lean and continuous improvement in an office environment. Anova Furnishings team members will share knowledge gained on their lean journey including tools and training.
