When:  Oct 1, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (ET)

A fearless organization is one in which people feel willing and able to take the inherent interpersonal risks of being open, honest and candid with one another in order to maximize team and organizational performance. At this AME Dine & Learn event, discover what it takes to create a psychologically safe climate where people will speak up, share ideas and information, take risks, and work with each other to create the type of environment that helps people to succeed and organizations to thrive.
